Hi, this is my first post.

I have an interest in eliminating seclusion which was my reason for becoming a Balance member and joining these forums. I'd like to work alongside other Balance members both at a systemic level alongside other DPO's, and at an individual level providing advocacy for those being subjected to the traumatic experience of seclusion.

I hope I can link up with other like-minded people
